Breathing
Breathing will allow you to stay out of the fight or flight response brought to you by your adrenal glands. If you have stress, your adrenals send out the message to your body to be aware. A little stress is okay for both you and your adrenals. But if you fail to be aware of the beginning stress and either avoid it or don’t change it, the adrenals then begin to produce cortisol, sometimes over producing cortisol which can lead to feeling stressed and wired or stressed and worried. If you then choose not to do anything about it, the adrenals start to burn out and stop producing cortisol and now you feel stressed and physically fatigued or stressed and mentally fatigued or worse yet, both together.
Stress can be changed by finding out what is causing it and eliminating it or if you can’t, taking charge of how you process it, so that you are alright. As a life coach, I can help you with any of these. Filling out a stress test will help me determine exactly which stage of stress you are in and then using nutritional support we can help to move you back to where your adrenals function properly. Water
If you don’t drink enough water all the cells in your body will respond negatively. Ideally men should have a total body water percentage between 50 to 65% and women between 45 to 60%. Water helps you think better, use your muscles more effectively and be able to sustain good health. As a life coach, I use Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis to be able to record and see if you are hydrated enough for all the electrical charges within your body to work correctly. It also indicates how your lean muscle and body fat are affected.
Food
You want to eliminate any foods that you may have body sensitivity to, then use different foods and supplementation to rebuild health. These are all determined by a Health Questionnaire which can help me as a Life Coach to see organ by organ, how you are responding.
Organ & Body Systems Health
Using Health Questionnaires and a technique called Total Body Modification, I can focus in on the problem areas and rebalance the organs & systems within the body to work more efficiently.
Nutritional Support
Nutritional support is needed especially for some of the basic needs of the body. You can recharge your energy with the right balance of nutrition.
When good breathing, water, foods, organ health and nutritional support are working correctly and you add in movement to help support the muscles and joints you are on the right path to great health!
